About the Role
The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for building, managing, and automating AWS infrastructure while ensuring reliability and operational excellence.
The role demands deep technical knowledge of AWS cloud services, DevOps workflows, and the Linux command line. You will work closely with our CloudOps and Engineering teams to deploy and manage enterprise solutions for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure following best practices.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Deploy, orchestrate, and manage containerized workloads using Docker, Amazon ECS, and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Administer, harden, and optimize Linux servers in cloud environments.
- Implement automated monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of cloud workloads.
- Collaborate with development and cloud architecture teams to streamline deployments.
- Drive cost optimization and infrastructure automation initiatives across the AWS account.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in AWS and DevOps.
- Strong, hands-on experience in Linux command line and IaC.
- Proven experience in handling production and critical systems.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (Mandatory).
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) (Mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (Preferred).
- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) (Preferred).
- Experience with tools such as Docker, Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Exposure to AWS cost optimization and automation frameworks.
