Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a DevOps Specialist located in Kannur, Kerala. The DevOps Engineer will be in charge of implementing, automating, and maintaining web application deployments on various platforms such as AWS. Additionally, the DevOps Engineer will assist with CI/CD automation and scripting.
- Subject Matter Expert in administering and deploying CICD tools such as Git, Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline, etc.
- Expertise in Deploying Python Django, Node, and PHP Applications.
- Expertise in Linux System Administration.
- Specialized in Containerization.
- Experience in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation for Python, Node, and PHP applications.
- Working experience on Apache, Nginx, and MySQL.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues in dev, test, and production environments.
- Knowledge of databases including MySQL, Mongo Elastic-Search, and DB Cluster.
- Jenkins Automation server, with plugins built for developing CI/ CD pipelines.
- Hands-on Experience in AWS environment (EC2, RDS, S3, EBS, ALB, Route 53, VPC, IAM, etc).
- Solid understanding of DNS, CDN, SSL, and WAF.
- Infrastructure as code (IaC) skills.
- Critical thinking, time-management skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Software Development process and Continuous Integration tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with limited guidance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-8 Years Of DevOps, Linux System Admin Experience.
- RHCSA / RHCE Certification will be a plus.
- AWS Certified Solution Architect / SysOps / CloudOps Associate level Certification will be a plus.
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
